Beth Risner, Certified Massage Therapist

My name is Beth Risner and I am a 2010 graduate from the National Holistic Institute, specializing in Trigger Point Therapy.  I also practice Swedish and Pre-Natal Massage, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release. 

My philosophy on healing touch is how massage can bring balance to one’s mind, body and spirit.  Human touch is essential in life.  Healing touch is the Guide where one can facilitate in their own healing.  By setting intention with breath and touch, healing is transferred from my core to my client’s core. 

Each person has their own healing needs and I incorporate different modalities into the specific needs of each client.  People hold energy in different places within the body.  Massage is the way in which that trapped energy can be released and flow through the body, thereby balancing and maintaining proper homeostasis.
